Anyone know the Intake bolt lengths for a small block Olds with an A4 or Edelbrock performer intake?

Thanks

Factory bolts per the parts books:

3/8"-16 x 1.25" for what it shows 4 of them. P/N 9420462 or 9440954. (Same can be used for exhaust manifold).

Also, there are some of the longer ones at 2" with p/n 9423490, and the ones with studs on them are 22505552 and they are 2" long. They just show "as required"

Basically, for the "short holes" use 1.25" bolts, and the thicker parts use 2".

BTW, in case you're wondering, the distributor hold down bolt is 3/8"-16 X 1.5".

thank you

Did the E-brock instructions mention that? They usually will recommend something if it's different than stock. Maybe you didn't get instructions, or if like me, hardly ever read them. I last installed an E-brock Performer 25 years ago on a 455 and I honestly don't recall the bolts I used.

They should work on the A4 intake, though. Just put that one on, or get longer bolts. 🙂
