US workers, US workers, US workers yet they are US workers that are the problem for what they are complaining about.
Now we push it off to the side and pinpoint union ones.
I am about the most anti union person you can come across, but the union were formed to end big time greed and it worked. Unions never ever asked for well more than warranted until the 70's. Yes today they suck *ss and drain the system, but they aren't the only reason and what they did was because of another group which I have mentioned before.
College educated people are just as bad as the union and the reason for the unions greed. During Vietnam alll you had to do to avoid the draft was go to college. Well so many people avoided the draft and did this we had a flood of unskilled, unprepared people entering the work force. Companies filled with alumni, hired these grads because of alumni reasoning and swelled the ranks of mid level which we had never seen before.
Now today this push by companies is now to look for college grads and ask for college papers for jobs. Going to college costs money so now its thought since you spent money on education you deserve more than the average worker in wages. All these jobs are support work, OVER HEAD which is applied to finish goods prices. WE DON'T NEED them in these quanties at all but there shoving down our throats. SO now we have to many that think there too good for get there hands dirty and deserve more pay than the few that are building these goods. They don't do the R&D, they don;t run the company and so on and so fourth. They have made up titles and made up jobs making pie charts and picking there asses all day. They are as bad if not worse than unions.
You want to go to school, thats your choice.
But if your not going to be a doctor, lawyer, dentist, rocket scientists and the likes of the other you have no reason to be asking for god awful wages to just support a product being made. Engineering grads should be placed into internships just like doctors are instead of turning them loose and getting, well it worked on paper.
As far as Napanese cars again.

Put the shoe on the other foot before you speak and use common sense. Ooops wait, that it taught to be thrown out the window and education rises. Well look to see if it won't WORK ON PAPER, PAPER has one important useage, well least for me.
