Looking at the video I would think that printed circuit is shot. I would get a new one. Then I would take all of the little light sockets and check them. I just had to do that with all of them in my cluster. I took a battery, made a couple of test wires with alligator clips and stuck a bulb that I knew worked in each one.Strange as it sounds a bunch of them didnt work at all. I cleaned the contacts and used a small pick to bend the contacts on the inside where the bulb goes in and they still wouldnt light.
I despise the design of this and always had trouble with it.
I dumped it and went with a Dakota Digital VHX setup. It's wonderful!
Expensive but worth every penny.
