Both, if you concede that the mechanism shown was probably designed by a committee at 5 minutes before 5 p.m. on the Friday before a long weekend, and they were already half in the bag from a three martini lunch, and that at least three of the members were concerned about the environmental impact, and two others were highly sensitized to what they saw as being an excessive waste of materials and space, and another was outraged because no minority input had been included in the design or manufacture process, and still another wanted to know why it had been made in America when C**** was cheaper, and finally there was no consensus about whether or not it should go both ways.
