Not much to add, made a stainless exhaust up..

I only took close ups of my mediocre welds as it was my first time tig welding work and not practice pieces and i was pretty happy how it turned out.

Tinkered in the shop for a bit today..

Truck is coming along nice. What do you use to notch your tubing? They come out so perfect, unlike mine using hole saws

I use hole saws, i started with a JD2 notcher to begin this project and recently upgraded to a baleigh tn250

first one

new one

i love the new one, great clamping force and you can literally clamp right in the middle of a bend and lots of adjustability for the cutter head

So not a lot to update, i picked up this 3-1 shear, brake and slip roll machine for 500$ off craigslist, i know its a magnum but the previous owner used it a few times and it never worked quite right.. so i took it home, made a stand and completely disassembled removing all the original packing oil wax crap that was coating everything.. set the clearances and now it works Mint, just floats thru 16 ga..

Used the new machine to re-make my dash panel and finish the rest of the dash/console. i used 1/8 tabs behind the panels that i had cut up and tapped for 1/4-20 to fasten everything down.

your a Ninja, That is all.

Haha thanks!

Had a little bit of time before thanksgiving dinner, started the rear sheet metal work to seal the cab up from exterior, I'll also be mounting the trans and ps coolers on either side of recess with ducting down to the belly.. Material is .050 alum, large open panels will be bead rolled and edges are stepped for a smooth transition..
