mine was about 18 months old when it busted and if it had been on the engine side I could have lost all the oil press and burned up my motor it is just not worth the risk to me 10 bucks worth of cooper tube vs a new engine :shock:

What about a hood tach?

I have an 86 cutlass bench seats and floor shifter. My gauges are the non rally kinds. Would this generic hood tach work ok? I remember growing up and my dads 71 GTO having one and thought it was the coolest thing. I found this one. Thoughts??
