I know stock replacement wiper blades for my 86' Regal are 18" but it looks like 19" will fit without issues hitting anything maybe even 20" but I am going to order mine from Amazon so I am wondering what others have run without any issues

It's been a while since I've looked into it, bit, my concern is if you get the blade pushing much water in a heavy rain you may force those flimsy seals that go between your windshield trim and the glass up and push high volumes of water, dirt, debris behind there and into your windshield channel, promoting rust.

Factory size wipers end far enough away you don't drive much there. Remember, those cheap seal pieces aren't thick, and, aren't under much pressure/tension. They work OK with wind pressing them down, but aren't used to a wiper arm forcing the thick puddles of water either.

Just a brainstorm there

I've used the 19" before without issue. The reason for me is I was getting them for free.

My depend on the brand. Since I try to not drive my Monte Carlo in the rain I too bought cheep wipers. Issue with mine where that the 18 inch ones were 18.5. They work but if I had ordered 19 and they where 19.5 not sure.

One issue you might run into is that the longer blade spreads the force of the arm out further, and can end up causing streaks. 18"= more contact pressure 20"= less contact pressure. Might not be an issue on our cars as our wiper arms are pretty strong, but i have certainly seen it on newer cars and trucks

That's why these are sh*t
