LQ4 swap transmission choice

I will be doing a LQ4 swap soon, with l92 heads and a nice cam. I won't be doing any racing, but I will be driving a lot on nice days highway and city. Looking for a durable trans to go with the lq4 in my 1983 regal, currently have a th350 but i'm unsure how it will hold up on highway and city with around 500 hp. Thanks in advance
