It's never to late. Had the mustang for 3 years now and it's fun but it makes to much power for the street. I wanted my gbody back and I want something for the street. So the mustang is getting a th400 and the Malibu will be my banger on the street car. I plan on ac, air bags, and a full sound system as well as complete Street ability. 🤞🤞
Very jealous, that was my original plan but I chickened out and stuck with what I had

Well the 350 sounded really nice as it was so I just put the Sniper setup on it to have EFI then put in digital air ride to replace the analog and a full system. But I have no A/C and that kills me at times

If it wasn’t for $/hp ratio (compared to a budget turbo setup)I would love to do an LSA on my 5.3. The torque would be so nice! Especially on a manual. That thing is gonna be a blast to drive.

Use Speed Engineering headers. Cheap and work good from everything I've heard. I have a set but I'm still collecting parts for the swap

I have them on my swap. Needed a couple dings by lower control arm mount but all good aside from that. I believe Injected has them as well.

No offense guys but cheap and headers shouldn't be in the same sentence.
Especially with an LSA he's going to need something in the 1 and 7/8 inch primary size. Holley, while definitely not cheap, are probably worth some decent horsepower numbers here.

Not necessarily telling him to get them. Just sharing my experience. If I were to do it again I would run the Holley mounts and headers

Well I got the front end off and ready for cleaning and paint at least. Thanks again for the advice on that. Wasn't to bad to get off. Next I will be getting the interior out and ready for dynamatt and paint and get the hole in the correct spot for the shifter. Getting her done slow but sure. 💪💪

Made a bunch more progress today!! Purple powered the engine bay and pressure washed it a few times. Gonna do it once or twice more and scuff it all for paint. She is pretty nasty under there. Also washed 2.5 years of dust off of her. I need a stock air Box for the firewall. Or vintage air if I want to spend a bunch more money. Anyone got a stock airbox laying around?
