I know with the ECM that is the reason the 4L60E is being used. Many of us don't care for them for a good reason, they die under decent power and abuse, often. Hopefully you get lucky, like it was a recent rebuild with upgrades. I know the last one I had was a good low mile rebuild. The 4L60E it replaced was a GM that had the dreaded weak reverse and a bunch of clutch material in the pan. It did see towing which always the death of these trans. Hopefully you get lucky.I actually have a 200-4r from a GN sitting in the garage. But this swap includes the ecu controlled 4L60e so that will be the plan of attack.
Previously I did an od upgrade in 73 vette. I went with the 200 in that case. It was setup nice and worked well.
