I've bought copart before, in GA you don't need a license or have a broker represent you. Free to create an account to bid, no deposit either if you're satisfied with $1000/one car bidding limits. Fees are based on final value and how you pay (money order is less fees than credit/debit.)
For anyone who wonders, dont be scared by the bill of sale. that's what's called a 99-code car here in GA... titles 1985-down are optional upon registration, and once chosen to be so, never get a title again and have a computerized number starting with "99" in the dmv. Same practice to register elsewhere and from any other non title state.
