I am attaching a photo of Low Gloss black that I use for interior parts in cars - - It is PPG (Ditzler) Low Gloss lacquer sprayed over lacquer primer. Use slow dry lacquer thinner when applying it. In hot weather you may have to use some lacquer retarder to slow down the dry. Experiment with a test panel first. I use DTL-105 PPG slow dry lacquer thinner.
