Anyone have a set of the 15x4 GM repop rallys?

Looking for the barrel diameter where the wheel center meets the cylindrical part. Most aftermarket steel wheel barrels are 12.5" diameter where the wheel center is welded to the barrel.

GM steel ralleys used a 13.25" diameter. so you can't cut a GM wheel center out and weld it to a new wheel barrel.

They do make 15x3 wheel blanks/shell/barrels whatever you call them, with a 13.25" center, but 15x3 is too skinny for a front runner with a 165 tire.

I am assuming the repop wheels are 12.5" center diameter since nobody sells a large diameter center, but I want to confirm.
