Total disclaimer here: if you don't appreciate Nasty Music, stay away from the Fugs!! Their pictures is in the Merriam Webster Dictionary along side the definition of smut. First encountered their tunes by way of an Old hippie buddy of mine who had the LP in his library. It still gives me a case of the sniggers when I listen to it 50 plus years later. Obviously it never it onto the AM channels.

YIKES! It doesn't get any worse than the FUGS. A particularly pessimistic friend of mine worshiped them. Even these hooples got a little better over time.
