got the the front speakers for this install today Kenwood kfc835c 40w 3.5 dropped in with no issues bolt holes lined up and grills fit snugly in place . with just the front speakers running it sounds pretty good.Put in a new lighter socket as well .This little propane torch was perfect for soldering all the wires and makes for a real clean job.waiting on the pioneer 4X10's for the rear.home made faceplate for now until i get my donor to cut .

Well I’m more of a listen to the motor guy and forgot what really good quality Stereo sounds like .🤔

Finished the project today .system ain’t bad definitely better than the original 40 year old unit . The pioneer 4x10s for the rear do not fit like originals as I suspected the magnets are much bigger so some hammering was in order to modify The cradles that hold them . I’m happy with it though I got just over 100 bucks in the whole setup.
