That is probably at the crank. J+S Machine did an Edelbrock aluminum head 403 with 3.5" stroker 421 ci, over 500 hp and well over 500 ft/lbs, want to say 550 ft/lb of torque at the crank. There is your 475 RWTQ number right there.
Respectfully, not a chance. I will eat my words when I see evidence that doesn’t include nitrous or a turbo. A Buick 455 was an anomaly with 510tq and even it had a 3.90” ‘short’ stroke.
Not sure about the limiter. Someone mentioned a chain. But i Would like to buy one that's meant for it. Don't know which one I will need or what size to get. I like this one but says it's for a ford

I wasn't going too fast, I'm glad I kept it off the fence, one phone call and the race crew showed up with a new ball joint, have the GP back open the road for the trip home. I put what was left of the front tire on the back...

No nitrous but an aggressive roller cam and ported heads. Do you believe the 500+ ft/lb at the crank for the 4" stroke Olds 350 stroker builds Cutlassefi has been doing? There are many things that affect torque production other than crank stroke. Long small intake runners also play a part. Olds factory heads suck for high rpm use but work with everything else to produce more low end torque than brand "C" stock, down low.
