That's what I was saying earlier... if there was a only a road, York to the Greer dragway would only be about a 40 minute drive... but you literally cannot get there from there.

Shadyside is in Shelby NC, about 35 miles NW of York. I never went there, but some of my car friends loved it. York does have a road to Shelby.

Thanks 35-40 mins isn't bad it's better then going from LI,NY to Atco raceway or Englishtown in NJ that was about 1.5hrs each way those were the closes tracks for me.

Hope you and your family have been settling in nicely. I'm sure the cost of living in SC is considerably less than Long Island....plus you can't put a price on quality of life.

Thanks it took us 4 years and we finally said **** NY and there expensive taxes and tolls etc lol.

Thanks it took us 4 years and we finally said **** NY and there expensive taxes and tolls etc lol.

I'm working on it I owe 250 on the house and it's worth 250 almost there just need to wait on some equity to pay realtor fees and the exit tax to my dictator and walk away empty handed just to be happy
