MSD Correct a Cap

yes that is it, the old style MSD vortec cap would fit my MSD distributor but the fire order on the cap was the same as a conventional cap. The correct a cap was made for the vortec but guys were using that cap for their MSD distributors to clean up the wires. Apparently there was another brand that beat MSD to the market but I haven't found those and I believe those are the ones my friend who owns a speed shop told me guys had alot of problems with them.

I have never seen the inside of those but from the exterior it appears that the contacts are isolated from each other until they terminate inside the cap eliminating the issues like Accel's HEI cap trying to work around an in cap coil. (which doesn't work).

My car is going away soon for the winter so no riush, I'll do more research on it and see what I find. If they all made in china I stop there and forget about them
