Those valve covers are pretty cool too. This build made me save my original code 9 307 instead of getting rid of it . . . I may get in the mood to build something like this one day. Or at least try.olds307 and 403 said:Dale has despelled alot of 307 myths, very thick block and those heads are NOT beyond hope. A lot of hours in the heads.

Brick442 said:Those aluminum pieces are aftermarket. They have the black lines and Olds logo and "lighter" on radio bezel etched into them which makes it look like it could have come from the factory. The fit and quality is excellent.dudeface said:was wondering about your dash, shifter and door bezel stuff......is that aftermarket aluminium stuff? never seen that style EVER. only seen the black smoke bezels in later 442 years. where did ya get them?
I'll look for a link--I bought them about 7-8 years ago. I think it was a Grand National website of all things. If I remember right, they didn't have pieces for the 87 door panels, just 86 and earlier.

Nope, that is stock. I have seen a few 85's before and they all come with that. It is very difficult to find that stuff in that condition.
