taking shape niCEly homie!!!!! Get it in a niCE even coat of primer/sealer. And roll that b*tch!!! Thanks for the motavation homie,,ive been neglecting'n'collecting for my El,just been picking up nessesitie,and goodies for it(I mean I have the same front s10 brakes as yours,along with ls1 rears STILL in the box gerald shipped them in!!! 😳 been Hella busy with fam,and my k5.im gonna Finnish my El up in the up and comming winter months(at least thats :wink: the PL.A.n) I didnt get back to you on the ducting I had because it was NOT the correct one for your application.nehoo,keep grindin,and hit me up if you needs anything for the El.
 
dont think I ever put a pic of blazer brakes installed, no more clearance issue with the 18's on it now

Also got around to installing the transgo kit and d5 convertor just been cleaning up some stuff and switching to dual e-fans..
Cleaned up rad, support lots of time and wire wheeling

finally mounted intrepid fans:
grinded a little bit of the sides and slides right into the stock rad nice and snug

I cut off the original mounting tabs got some 5/8ths hyco bar from home depot plumbing section and made brackets. I bent it up with pliers and routed it thru the back and used the original holes that were drill in the radiator and bolted it on. Came out pretty sturdy. whole thing came out to about $3 max for hardware and one strip, ended up using only about half of one its 14 gauge galvanized steel btw.

All bolted up, just need to hit it up with some amorall and it'll look good as new

Nice fans set up, r u going to run a relay? What wire kit u going with?
 
thanks, Yea im going to wire one up myself, using a relay/fuse box from a cavalier, i will post it up once i have everything wired up. Im looking for a temp switch for the fans right now but don't want to pay that much :rofl: Im thinking about having one speed run all the time then the other come on at 210 or so but I need to get that cs 144 first so i can power everything.
 
YESSIR!!! thats WESTup!!!its GOING DOWN in the lbc!!! :wink: i had forgot you were running the same intrepid fans i plan on using :mrgreen: PLEASE keep me posted on the wiring methods you use to wire them up. :mrgreen:
