Yep they do.

These mirrors will flip 180°, I just hit the garage opening in such a way that it didn't flip, it pushed on the door. I don't care about the mirrors themselves, they are Dorman replacements and they cost like $20. Now if I ever get around to my power mirror swap I might be a little more irritated.
