After losing a roller lifter on # 5 intake last fall,which in turn caused # 5 piston to experience detonation,I decided it was time for a complete rebuild of my 468 Big Block Chevy.
This time around it is getting a brand new 4.375 inch stroke Callies Compstar crankshaft,with Molner 6.48 inch H beam rods,Autotec small dome forged pistons 0.070 over, AFR fully CNC ported 315 heads,new solid roller Bullet cam,and Isky EZ Roll 0.904 lifters.
So it is going to end up as a 513 cubic inch BBC,and I'm hoping it will turn up to 7000 RPM.
My 4 bolt main block has had some more machine work done over the winter,and my Weiand Stealth dual plane intake has been gasket matched and some minor porting was done to it.
I will post some pictures and more details later.

Mike Lewis in California is helping me with parts,and he is sending me a balanced rotating assembly,and most of the parts I need.He sent me some pictures today;

You are really pushing the limits of a standard deck block with that stroke, you should be able to or at least come close to 7,000 max with your rod ratio of 1.48. My current rod ratio is 1.54 and I can spin my 565 to 7,600 and my old 496 had a crappy 1.44 rod ratio and would go as high as 6,800.
I think it is also time you upgrade that intake.

I have enlisted the help of Mike "Wolfplace" Lewis from California,he is supplying all of the above parts.They shipped out yesterday.

He knows what my goal was as for RPM,I bet it will be very close.
I paid a bit extra to have lightweight tool steel retainers installed on the new heads.
I do know that the pistons & rods are quite a bit lighter than the old ones.The new pistons & pins are 166 grams lighter,and the rods are 154 grams lighter.I wont know about the crank until it arrives,but it might be a bit heavier due to the fact that it has 2 extra counterweights.
And I'm sure you are right about the intake,I did consider a Victor Jr,but I wanted to see what the Stealth would make....
I will run it "as is" this year,and if I'm not happy,I can switch to a single plane next year.
But then I would probably want a bigger carb than my 825 Mighty Demon,its a vicious circle this game we play 😀

2016 updates: Single plane 4500 intake and a Dominator on top and no hood clearance, definitely a vicious circle.

I had my Weiand Stealth intake gasket matched and a bit of grinding done on it,heres a couple of pictures;
