Welcome to GBF, Ed, from Seattle, Wa.
Low 4 digits on the ticker, very impressive. I regularly drive a '78 Caballero with over 200,000 miles on it, but I also own a '79 El Camino with only about 40,600 miles. The '79 also had a sagging headliner (replaced with original style fabric and backer), and a broken drive cable in the power antenna (I have a repair kit for that).
I am curious about the survival documentation you show in your photos. I see the date was several years ago, did the original owner, or the sales broker give you any info on how he/they/anyone-else may obtain a survivorship inspection?
Aside from the headliner replacement, the broken antenna drive cable, a dashboard emblem with one broken tab, and obviously belts, hoses, tires, and battery, oil changes and filters, I am quite confident that the rest of the car is original factory.

Wow! Clean car... Only problem with a car like that is I wouldn't want to put miles on it. Welcome to the forum, do you have any other cool cars?

Changing the tires should be done, way too old to be safe, just store the original ones. I say Cooper Cobra radials, a nice white letter modern replacement. I also like the vinyl and moonroof. As Donovan went through his, GM did squat for rust protection, it was pretty crazy.

Why? I'd get some repro Eagle GTs. They're the ultimate modern replacement. Can't BE looking retro if you don't DO the retro. What's a few extra hundred bucks for the right look/fit at this point?

Forgot they made the replacements, good call. Yeah, look correct and and win shows if they ever happen again.

Oddly enough, I'm a Mopar guy, but I've owned several Oldsmobiles throughout the years. But for now, I have...

Not going to argue that Cooper is a good choice otherwise. Good looking tire.
Got the Cooper Cobras on my 85 442 and they are a really good tire (they were also the only option for a RWL tire). I didn’t realize they made repro Eagle GTs. I’ll have to look into those.

I did quite a bit of searching and it seems like the Bloomington Gold people that provided the documentation for this car no longer has the judging. The web site is dead. The latest show I could find took place in 2013: http://www.bloomingtongold.com/survivor.html
