Hey all bought my GN in Nov of 86 so long time g-body hot rodder. Liked the 442 but picked the turbo Buick over the 307. Love the turbo motor but had to scratch my big block itch. Picked up an 88 Cutlass and set out to acquire a 455 Olds to build. Talked to a buddy who had a 500ci Cadillac motor from a derby car that he could not take in a re-location. I got it for free delivered. 8) Lil internet research & soon acquired a motor mount kit & an Eldo pan from a Cad vendor so she would drop right in.

Before she got painted & made into a 442 clone I T boned a gal that pulled out in front of me. Went looking for a replacement and found a 442 for reasonable. Since you don't have to butcher it & the 307 sucks anyway I took the vin 9 out & put her in storage. Well thats my story and I am stickin to it.

hey I know a guy here that has 5 GNs beautiful cars I mean but hasn't drove either one of them since he bought each one from the auction and won't sell the dang things and they are outside under pecan trees it's a damn shame and i'm not a v6 fan but those were some really nice cars for the time and now for that matter

I can get some digi pics of the GN with the methanol/water injection and of the 275/50/15 Nitto Drag radials on widened 15x8 GN wheels. The 509 is about to be reassembled and the 442 I bought needs paint bad. Ex took the digi so I would need to get my daughters camera and her help as I have never tried to post pics online. Guess I am behind the times in that area.

welcome to the site~!
