Not as much as you would think. Our insulated shop makes some noise when it's raining but the house has a metal roof as well and I can't hear the rain. Hail is audible but still quite muted.

No but only if it's installed properly. If it's installed on purlins, it will definitely make noise, ours won't be. Plus we're having the entire house spray foamed, which will greatly reduce noise.

I wish! I've seen a few out there, but never during season of course. A few buddies and I have a hunting lease an hour away.

This is only half of what was in my back yard that day. F'n things eat all our flower beds down to the dirt.
Ready for tyvek. Started picking up the doors, windows are supposed to be delivered this week.
Tyvek is on just the front of the house....
