Ok when's the BBQ on that back porch?
Soon I hope!
Hey, we've now got a plan to get Clutch to set foot outside Jersey. Maybe he'll decide to stay once he sees how much better life is on the other side?

If not, do we make a plan to keep him a while until he comes to his senses?

Putting the wife to work today touching up the paint. We went and picked out the carpet this morning. She had changed her mind. 🤣

Changed her mind?! No freakin' way!!!
I know right?! Hahaha

Well worked in the basement today. I had wanted to install a water filter but the plumbers were in and gone before I had even ordered it. Since they already had a "contract" with the builder, they most likely would've charged extra to install it. No thanks. I had the crimping tool already so it was just one stick of pipe, a couple of fittings, and some clamps. Simple projects are nice. I also installed a tee and a valve for the water to the refrigerator. Will make installation of the water line for ice maker a snap. Drill holes thru the floor, insert tubing and push. Done. Sharkbite fittings are handy that's for sure. Forgot to take a regular pic so Snapchat screenshot will have to do.

Snagged some pics of the back of the house with the siding done above the porch. Grabbing some dinner then headed back to paint trim before it's cut and installed.

.223, .308, 38 special, 22, or 12 gauge slugs? It is probably better you paint the trim your self than hire a painter to do it? Ask me how I know. If you do it yourself, it should be right and get what you want!

Why would we do that? With all your expertise in the area it only makes sense to let you hit the road and paint some for the rest of us out of the goodness of your heart. Be a waste to lose all that...
