And I forgot to mention this. It's an air exchanger. Local law mandates it for new construction. There's an expense we weren't planning on. Luckily I have a friend that owns a small local HVAC repair company. He got me a decent "deal" on it and is also going to help me install it.

Will that air exchanger add an additional load onto your HVAC system by the temp of the incoming air?
