I like the idea of keeping it Olds. Saw a rat rod advertised locally, was expecting to see the run of the mill sbc, instead it has a ..(Gasp).. Pontiac motor..Go figure...refreshing now and then to see something other than the cookie cutter sbc's that seem to grow on trees.

Well i went to buy a set of used headers for the car, and ended up walking away with a RUNNING 350 from a 75 truck and the headers for $200. So it sounds like im going to build a 383 stroker for the car. The plan is to be around 450-500hp and then switch to a 200R4 and 3.73 posi. All in the future though.
