Hello everyone I'm new to the g body forumn looking forward to getting help on my 78 hurst olds tribute car.

I have a questioni moved shifter from column to floor is it easy to cut off column shifter nub and repair hole.(bondo,sand paint)

I bet those wheels make your delta 88 stand out.

I just put that shifter in yesterday I bought it from a local swap meet the guy only wanted $150 for it

I agree with Local Hero, those wheels look great. Used to have them on my 1987 Cutlass Supreme Brougham I had as a daily driver back in the early 1990's. What motor is in the car? Stock 260 or 305? Or something non-original?

It's got the original 260 . I've been looking to do a 350 or 403 upgrade. I live in california with the smog laws so it's got to be a late 70s motor with the smog pump tubes in the heads. That 260 is reliable but it's no performance motor.

I read your forumn for my tire size I chose for the car you guys are the experts.
