Similar, but I don't think they are exactly alike after looking closely at both pictures.

I just spent a few on a stare and compare, and the only difference I can see is that the Foose spoke insets flare out toward the rim where the cast is more of a straight spoke. Other than that, the lip, windows, and hub inset all look very similar to me.

I am thinking the 9" wide rim with 5"+ back spacing will put the rim awful close to the frame.
