Dude welcome and have fun, I would put 22inch rims or maby 24in, that would look sick, i got lift kit for sale if you want one 🙂

Hey Wildmani, thanks for the compliments. My buddy has plain old chevy rallys that he bought at a local swapmeet. Right now he has 15X8 in the back with a 245-60R15 tire which clears with no problems and 15X7 wheels in front with 225 60R15 tires. the front ones rub a little at full lock. He also has 2 other 15X8 wheels that he will be refinishing this winter to try on the front in the spring because the back-spacing is different. I can measure the backspace and such on these next week if you want to try finding a similar setup but like I said, I don't know the original application since they were a swap meeet buy. Just for reference, the seller wanted $350 for the 4 whells at 9AM but Francois picked them up for $180, 15 minutes before closing.

Just a quick note to say that my snowflakes only cost me $125 for the set of 4 on the local internet classifieds. I did have to put a lot of elbowgrease in them to get them like they are now.

They were available on lots of models. You gould get 13 inchers on late 70's sunbirds, 14X6 ones one 78-80 GrandAm's and GP's, 15X7 came on firebirds and GP from about 75 to 81 and finally 15X8 on Trans-Am's withe the WS6 option form about 78 to 81. They are fairly easy to find used in the 15X7 size (2 local wrecking yards have 6 of them for about $50-60 bucks each) they regularly turn up in local classified adds. The 13 and 14 inch sizes are harder to find in my area (near Montreal) but Year-one sells brand new 15X8 repros and 17X9 custon sizes. There are may different center caps available for them and I found mine on e_bay. Paid $84.00 shipping included for 4 brand new GM reproduction parts ones.

I think I've decided on the wheels. I was looking at some pics of cars with the Pontiac 5 star ralleys, and I saw them in the NPD catalogue brand new. I think they'll look good, although they're a little pricey lol!

Do you mean the 5 spoke rally2 wheels? They are a great classic design and will certainly look good. With or without trimrings?

You can still find the Pontiac Rallye II's fairly cheap on ebay and craigslist. They make stencil kits too if you need to paint or refinish them.

I had them on a 4 door Lemans a few years ago.
