I’m still in the process of building my 408 stroker but I just acquired a LSA supercharger I’m not sure if I should go this route or if I should continue with my carb and nitrous setup

I don't think that a 1.9L blower is a good fit for a worked 408.

Nitrous is not all the time - the supercharger is all the time. I vote for the LSA. Might it be a little undersized for your 6.7 liter? Maybe, but not enough to worry about unless you're all about track times.

Nitrous
Or spray the blower with the nitrous and use it as an intercooler

Why do you say that

I am uncertain if it can provide sufficient air mass to meet the demands of a typical 408. I am assuming it had big heads and cam.

I mean, go for it and see what happens - and if it comes up short spray it.

I think the LSA blower does have enough airflow to supply a 408 as I have seen it done, but I don't know how ideal it is.

LSA stuff is cool but it is expensive to set up all the stuff that bolts to it to make it work (drives, coolers, adapter plates if its a cathedral head motor. I think the blower itself is the cheap part.
