Yep, no vacuum lines in a non-AC set up.
The "Vent" controls under the steering column open the fresh air vents that you will only feel when the car is moving.
It's most likely that the post on the blend door that the temp cable connects to has broken.
That, or your heater core is clogged...

The old blower motor was weak so was going to replace anyways it also didn’t work on all speeds..

My climate control only have the selections A/C,heater,defroster..

The A/C selection blows cold out of the vents but when I switch it over to the heater it only comes out of defroster and floor vents

I also replaced the heater core due to old one was cracked and I checked the temp cable connections and it moved as it should so that’s where I’m stuck

the climate control you have works with vaccuum so I think you are going to have to see how the conversion to heat only was done and the guys here who have done that conversion should be able to help you

Your car is a factory non-AC car...
And somebody added an aftermarket AC system.

If you have no heat, than they may have added a heater control valve to shut off flow to the heater core when it is not in use.

When I turn on the heat it blows out hot air at the floor and defroster so there is hot air I just don’t know why it isn’t blowing out of the vents
