here is new problem



i bought a seal and gasket kit for 200r4 and this o ring with yellow strip came out of the package kit ... but i don't know why this oring is big as u can see in the photo

all other oring and gaskets are ok and i need same oring only about that leaking problem ... there are a lot of oring and gaskets in this kit but same oring what i need is incorrect

See if you're able to exchange the o-ring. I don't think it should fit that loosely, unless it's expected to shrink.
Did you buy the kit locally?

i am talking about same loosely oring on the pump ... the pump can not be fit in with this loosely oring and i bought this dexol 200r4 oring/seal/gasket kit here and i am sure the package was new and closed . i think this oring with yellow strip on it is for thm350 pump

They could have possibly packaged the wrong O-ring in the kit. I would bring the pump with me to the dealer you bought it from and show him how loosely it fits on the pump. Perhaps he can open another kit or match the O-ring with another...or find you another O-ring.
Do you still have the old O-ring that came off the pump?

yes i have old oring yet , i bought the kit from Tehran and long distance to Tehran ... anyway i called to part store and described all story , he said all kits are brand new and original dexol ( as i saw it here) and he will try to find correct oring

this story shows how lucky i am really ... i need one oring only i buy complete kit and that only oring what i need is wrong

i think this yellow or orange strip on oring can say transmission model i saw some pictures on google about thm350 oil pump oring and that was yellow

I'm thinking that the manufacturer included the wrong O-ring in the kit. Like you said, it could be for a TH350. Hopefully, the parts dealer will be able to help you out.

Have you compared the old O-ring with the new one?

yes i did and the new one is bigger and thicker a little

what s torque specs for oil pump bolts to housing ?

20 lbs, working back and forth across the pump

i got new tc and installed on transmission but when i turn the tc i can hear clunky noise ... i think it 's about splines of inputshaft
and it has 15 clicky noise for 1/2 turn of torque converter
