i got and installed another used TC here and no noise anymore but no move from trnsmission in D or R .
i removed the servo cover and parts to check fluid pressure ... but no pressure at all in all gears
it seems this one is worn out too , can a bad TC cause low oil pressure ?

The pump should of slid in by a few gentle taps. I you drew it in with the pump housing bolts than u didn't have the input shaft lined up with the drum. While doing this ya have to be careful that the input shaft dosent move when sliding the stator shaft over it. My bet is shes gonna have to come out taken apart and fixed or a replacement transmission is in order. I hope I am wrong dude......
i got it down again today to see what i can do ... now i want to know can i use a non lock up Tc on a lock up 200r4 transmission ?! and how can i know if my torque converter is lock up or not ?!
finally ... i got a dextrol torque converter(rebuilt) and now the transmission works without problem , i tested it on jack stand and all gears worked but i don't know if it can shift all 1 2 3 4 ...cause TV cable not connected to the carb yet
i forgot to say that i used 3 washers(one for each bolt ) cause i had big gap between TC and flexplate bolt holes.

It's good news tha tit works witn no noises. I have heard of a gap between the torque converter and flexplate though, are you sure you have not installed the flexplate backwards?

what can i do now? i saw some CZ code on valve body before installing the transmission on car.
i tested it on first gear and i had more than 40 meters takeoff and i felt so much better performance in compare to thm350 maybe because of new torque converter
