I have a NOS Cruise Control kit. I believe this was a dealer installed option. I'm not 100% sure about the years. It will work for many years and models but appears to be for 78-80 Oldsmobiles.

$450.00 shipped from Northeast Ohio.

Interesting find. What's the part number? The transducer looks to be 1970-75 time frame. Newer 78-83 Cutlass used the fender mounted round looking deal. But, it could be easily adapted for Chevy as well, who knows? The cruise/turn signal lever looks to be of the 78-80 time frame.

Strange unit for sure.

The box doesn't have a label so no part number for the kit. The instruction packet looks like it has 22501090 as a part #.

I'm going by the cruise control lever that seems to be 77-80. The transducer part # appears to be 72-80 as superseded part number for the earlier one. The dash switch bezel looks more 78-80 than the earlier 73-76 version.

But as you noted, while not correct for other GM makes it would probably work for quite a few cars. The only thing the might be Olds specific is the speedometer cable, the turn signal lever, and the on/off switch.
