Odd question=What sandwich bread do you prefer?

I try to stay away from the white refined crap. Arnold or wheat berry stoneground. They don't add sugar or chemical concoctions. Dense as hell but good for you.
 
It's not sandwich bread but it worked, the flat bread made by the one wife of the local shiek I was around in Tirkrit in '05. It was awesome with the Goobergrape had sent to me.
 
Like I said it depends on what I'm putting on the bread pork roll and cheese for breakfast on a kaiser roll with poppy seeds fresh baked not that super store stuff preferably off the island if I'm doing sausage egg and cheese it goes on a good Jewish everything bagel or onion bagel not that d and d crap but this is Jersey that stuff's on every corner
Now you're making me want an egg sandwich! When we were kids we would stay up all night and when the bread truck would deliver a box of rolls to the deli we may have been guilty of extracting one or two...mmmmm warm rolls....

I was all about getting on the DKB train until I saw the price. :wtf: I don't know of I can bring myself to drop a ten spot on a loaf of bread. Is that what y'all are paying?!
We pick it up at Costco, 2 loaves for $7 or $8, if I recall correctly.
 
Fresh rolls for me. There are several wholesale bakeries in my area that sell roles right out of the ovens.
