Off-Topic Legal Problems Rant

Man, I feel your pain since I remember it was also in the local news. Nothing like North Side White Trash moving out of the city to go north. It is those people that I don't miss from down there. My dad has people like that in his boro not far from your township. Hope you have the luck on your side to move across the county line. Maybe a trip to the township or county buildings to check in on the codes you could use to help. But I know they don't care just from their story in the news.

Bringing back an old thread, it seems my neighbors are back to their old ways, although I believe one of the main perpetrators must be in jail as he's been AWOL for a good month or two. Police are once again useless.

Just to prove my point that my local police are useless, here's a 20/20 news story that aired on national news about them. I live in the same municipality as these people, please read-

And FYI, that house is exactly the same today as it was 2 years ago when they did that story on it. I'll get pics of it soon when I get a chance.

So I'm just venting again. I'm thinking about putting up a big ****ing hedge in front of the house, like 15' or 20' tall. And maybe some CCTVs too.
What a douche bag!

Yeah that guy is ****ing insane. You oughta see the signs he has posted around his house. They are so profane they'd make truckers cringe. I'll get some pictures of it later this week.

I forgot to update this with pictures. I got some today-

Hmmmn, here the fire marshal and or code enforcement would have that addressed. Plus, that non-compliance with the court order clean-up, the city would give him 30 or 60 days, if he didn't clean it up, they would dispatch a crew to clean up the yard while putting a lien on the property for the clean up cost at an elevated price and if not repaid with the annual property taxes, the city would seize the property and sell it at auction.

Bummer.

Here, if the property taxes were delinquent, you could pay them it takes 3 years here...if the owner does not...you could become the owner...and kick him out, demolish it or whatever. If he does pay them, you just get your money back with interest.

60 days, huh? Well it's been about 8 years. The township's inaction has a lot of people irritated. Supposedly he owes about $30,000 in fines that have yet to be paid.

Those people 'running' the township need to be voted out of a job.
