NGK XR45 or XR5. But you have the long reach plugs, since you have a 307 swirl port, should be FR45.

Yep I bought the NGKs 3686 new number for XR45's

Surprisingly its now the same number as the Autolites.................................


I wonder whos making what these days....
 
I typically run AC Delco or NGK plugs. I’m currently running the platinum version of the NGK plugs in my Olds engine. I’d like to get up the plugs really wide – the DUIHEI ignition can handle a pretty wide gap .

That’s one awesome Olds engine you have there. After seeing that engine, I guess all of the Olds powered stuff that I’ve owned is just a bunch of old stuff bolted together - ha

Thanks. I can tell ya, and as you probably already know, it ain’t easy making an Olds motor look pretty.
This ones got some bite to back up the looks tho...
