Look good. The '73 valve covers are nice.

Nice, I have a set I'm keeping but I'm looking to chrome them when I have the extra dough.

Agreed, the 1973 scripted valve covers are nice.

Yea the 1973 covers are my favorite. I only saw one other set online, and the guy wanted $110.00 for them! They are getting kinda hard to find.

I sold a beautiful set with great paint and with very clean lettering for about that. The E's at the end always look faded because of the stamping dies getting worn out and these had very clean E's along with the rest of the lettering. I should have kept them.

Yea that sucks. You definately shouldn't have let them go. I'm trying to hoard as many olds parts as I can. :D

I dont blame anyone from not hoarding olds parts, a lot of them are sparse. I have 3 H/O/442 style air cleaners sitting just cause of that reason and a growing collection of non a/c alternator brackets.

Same here, there's a set on Craigslist north of me and the guy wants like $500!!! And he said they only came on '73 455's. I know they were on 35o's also.
