I'm ready for the show!

Engine and trans are ready to drop out; we ran out of time. My buddy who's shop it's in had to go to work. It's drive by wire, so that means getting the pedal in there. I'm calling ZZP tomorrow to talk about the ECM. I got the harness out of the dash this morning. I was going to try to get the HVAC in, but that looks like way more trouble than it's worth. I'll just get a new condenser and dryer, and try to get conversion hoses made. It looks like the compressor may have to be relocated too.

I really like this conversion, dare to be different. Should be very economical, maybe 30 mpg highway, depending on your rear gear. Too bad GM used the 4L60E trans, not the worst trans but not great either. Maybe the gear ratios will go well with the 3800. What were the factory shift points in the Camaro? At least setting them up is easy with an electronic trans.

ZZP ups the line pressure and shift points in their Stage 1. I don't need all that, but I needed the VATS disabled. I have a sneaky suspicion that I'll need HP Tuners TO disable more codes...:lightsab:
