Passenger side firewall. Are these wires needed?

I believe all of this is for hvac but there is one wire I marked that went to the alternator. Going with block off plate and Vintage air setup. Can I just terminate these wires?

Thanks T man. Yes LS is going to be controlled by Holley. Vintage air has it's own controls also.
