Hello all. I have an 80 regal with the 3.8l v6. Can someone please correct me if I'm wrong but the pcv in located where the green arrow is pointing to on my attached pic not on the left valve cover? If I am correct what is that on the valve cover in the pink circle? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For the 3.8, the PCV valve is located on the intake manifold overthe rear of the lifter valley. The item on the passenger valve cover is the elbow for the crankcase breather which is connected to the aircleaner.
