Absolutely all for show ratings

if the street outlaws lost then why would they even have a show after that.

And what the ^$#^ is this crap wearing a baseball cap over the ears?

LOL...They are really big 😵 He has a complex and tries to hide them.

He must have gotten tired of being called DUMBo

I just got my invoice for my next year's subscription to GBodyForum, I get I lost my bet..🙁

You actually believe that they made it from what they had? I do not believe a word that guy says nor what richard says. it was for a show rating. There is no way they made that car from anything laying around (i know you didn't mean that literally)
That was a full blown (well enormous twin turbo) monster race car we are car builders know that kind of money isn't just there for grabs...lol

My post is ment in peace...don't read it wrong pls haha. (Sorry just tyring to help the internet out haha)

They are a race shop and racers so yes they have stuff that the normal guy can only dream of having lying around. Especially since they said that they stole parts from his ProMod race car and other cars that the group had. Not defending, but at same time not throwing someone under the bus that has skills just because Hollywood loves to Fast and Furious everything car related and doesn't know a dipstick from an oil filter.
Peace out..

I have a lot of difficulty holding GMG accountable for bringing in ringers to build their car when MidWest employed their Jeff Lutz fabrication robot. Lutz is as much an employee of MidWest as the GMG Pro Stock team works at GMG - so that argument is null and void.

In the end the guys from MidWest are maintaining just a little more credibility than the GMG crew; and if nothing else they're are still reasonably entertaining.

The Okies got needlessly butthurt. If they were going for fake drama, they need to dial it back a bit. They ran 220mph in the 1/4 before the race and knew it and it was leaving hard and fast for a 1/8th mile race. They should have bet at least $10K on the race, even if they were racing John Force because they knew THEY were going to make a clean run.

They were racing a pro driver with an unlimited budget and they were whining about it. Kye Kelly would not have whined about it and sulked around before the race, he just would have smiled, taken Richard's Money and said see you next year.

some of you guys need to listen to SO's podcast. It would explain a lot of stuff.

It seems like Lutz is around the shop WAY more than the other guys are around Gas Monkey. I get that Richard didn't drive though, I wouldn't have either...well yes I would have, but not with anything on the line...and I probably would have had the slowest pass in a 3,000 hp car in the history of the earth.
