I looked at CVF web page and saw nothing that looks like your setup. Special? You might be able to move the reservoir to a inner finder. Better picture of the front could help. May need to talk to CVF.
Oh and by all means put the converter in the transmission first. MAKE SURE it seats all the way. then mate the engine and transmission.

Sweet racing pump- Allstar Performance sells a bracket and pump that require a remote reservoir that will solve all of you issues - about $150. If you’ve bought a crate, then you can afford this imho. Will need a new belt depending on the pulley you use. Get the high mount bracket and be done.

Be advised that every circle track speed shop around you will either have these parts in stock or a phone call away.

Oops didn’t see you most recent post. I have a build thread that must include pics of a remote reservoir pump on both a SBC and LS that identify what you need.

The joy of the G-body is ROOM in the engine bay. Everything fits with a little ingenuity.

I’ll send some more pictures when I get everything switched out and or take off

rite on.

I called the CVF company and they’re going to just switch it out for an external reservoir and that’ll give me the room love those guys. Really nice people to work with over the phone.

an external reservoir will help to keep the steering coolant from over heating since it's not sitting beside the engine...

Well I’m starting to get to my wiring and these are the wires that were cut off before I got the car they come out of the fuse box can anyone help me with this. I’ve got the alternator ignition and the starter.
