It’s on a serpentine belt system is it that easy just to move it
Is it just the fitting on the pump that is in the way and if so is it threaded in?

if the car is up high enough you can install the transmission to the engine and put them both in at the same time
Ok it’s just a little disappointing when you spend so much money on something I go to put it in and I got little things like that power steering pump the fuel pump is the same way but I think I can make that one work

don't let that discourage you, if everything fits perfect there's no fun doing it......plus the fix that you figure out will help the next guy, or maybe someone here has had the same issue that can help you out... 🙂
