I suggest doing a big 3 upgrade as it'll be ur cheapest option.. I do car audio & truth b told, a capacitor is just a bandage.. Do the big 3 & if that doesn't help then look into getting a bigger alternator.. Since it's only a single 12 this should suffice..

There is a grommet on the drivers side of the firewall that is a good spot to run power wire thru the firewall. If I remember correctly it is where the speedo cable passes thru the firewall. The hole and grommet is big enough to fit 1/0 power wire thru. I then run the power wire and the remote turn on wire up the drivers side of the car. All my RCA's in ran under my center console, under the rear seat and came out into the trunk on the passenger side of trunk. HTH
