Be sure to pull out those throttle plate bolts and reinstall them with Loctite - red is good and green is forever.

At least you’re getting your USPS shipments Shawn. My GBF calendar is sitting in Chicago International, and hasn’t moved since Dec 30th!

Sandblasted and painted one of the coil brackets, working on the other side now. Want to get some different hardware to retain them to the valve cover.

I've tried to figure out how to tell the post office to not deliver packages to me on Saturday and nothing on Sunday, but can't pull it off.

Thanks for the updates though. ps. - I had to shorten a couple of the TB adapter bolts - don't be surprised if you have to as well.

Looks like I have to JB weld the pcv right angle fitting into the t-body too. Already loctited the blade screws.

I drill and tap them for a NPT fitting. 3/8" npt I believe, but don't hold me to it :)

Good luck with that, we even have a sign on both sides of the mailbox and on the door itself saying to bring all deliveries to the back since they will just stuff anything they can in there to avoid the trip. We had one good carrier who would bring them around, now when it doesn't fit in the mailbox we have to go searching around where they left it since it never ends up being brought to the right place

Picked up some stainless hardware for the coil packs and coil pack bracket. They only had enough for one side. It's amazing how much clean hardware can change the look of something.
