I'm glad I'm not the only fan of VHT!

Their Header paint actually mostly stays on, even on rusty manifolds and doesn't burn off. My only issue is, it is so thick, it tends to clog nozzles. Better than Duplicolor, their gold engine paint requires about 10 coats to properly cover.

I’m glad your bumper fillers were all worth saving. Nice work, as usual. You’ll have all the paint done just in time for the snow to park it in for the winter. Next: detailing the interior!

Thanks Scott. As you know, it’s been a long time coming. I can’t believe it’s taken me until mid-December to get these fillers done when the rest of the car got painted back in the beginning of June. Appreciate you tolerating my late night pictures, and all your support as well my friend.

That is the nicest front end I have ever seen on those years of Cutlass. Worth the wait. You are obviously a fan of VHT paint, I like it as well.

Park it before the snow? Oh you are a riot my dear Quinn! We’ve had snow on the ground here since mid October. The car has been parked for its winter hibernation and upgrades for some months now already.
Also, interior detailing has already begun, I’ve got some pictures worthy of another update just waiting for me to post them.

Thanks Chris. And no, we don’t all own one. I don’t even fish anymore, haven’t since my late teens. Only reason I have one is to weigh something car related, I bought it a couple years ago, but I’ll be dammed if I can remember what it was for now. I do recall weighing the crud that came out of the rear framerails on Olds Cool a couple years back with it, but I doubt that’s what I actually bought it for.

My Wife's fish are usually so big, hoisting them up on little hook can cause damage. I think we found the one thing Donovan isn't good at😁. Of course my Wife might say the same thing about me😳.
