Fried solenoid on the starter? Might even want to see if the switch & plugs on the column have any signs of the back feed (i.e. burnt/melted parts.) The next two areas to check

And, the bulkhead connector..... Some food for thought, though: the open should be between the power source (battery) and the fault (starter). Just for shirts and giggles, check the battery cable for continuity and resistance,

Ok I've installed a new battery and ignition switch, new fusable links going to the starter. Have juice going to everything. But still nothing!

when you turn the key to start do you have power on the purple wire (S) at the solenoid?

Neutral switch lining up right? Just a spaghetti toss on the wall here.
